Sid Meier's Civilization VII
Similar to previous installments, the goal for the player is to develop a civilization from an early settlement through many in-game millennia to become a world power and achieve one of several victory conditions, such as through military domination, technological superiority, economic prowess, or cultural influence over other human and computer-controlled opponents. A major innovation is the three-Age system (Antiquity, Exploration, Modern), where players can choose a new civilization at each Age transition. Leaders and civilizations are now selected independently, allowing for far greater strategic variety and replayability.
